Group Personal Training
Our Group Personal Training Classes are run for individuals within a group context. Your Personal Trainer will instruct everyone individually within the class so everyone will be working to their own personal program. This is perfect for people who want personal attention but don’t want the cost of a One on One PT session.
Our Group PT classes are currently designed by Shannon Nevin. With over 20 years experience as an elite athlete and Fitness Studio owner he knows what people need but more importantly what they want. His Group Personal Training workouts change every hour depending on the clients in his class as he knows what training systems are needed to achieve improved fitness, body shape and health for each and every person. So you can maximise your personal, specialty workout without the One on One cost.
Perfect for people who like to be pushed and instructed throughout their workout but appreciate some time to themselves to cultivate their own discipline and focus.
$350 for 10 sessions.
