Outdoor Boot Camp sessions are not for the feint hearted as they offer a uniqueness that can’t be offered indoor. Normally these sessions involve a combination of running, boxing, strength, more cardio, then core training and often a sport or fitness game.
If you haven’t played a game with or against Shannon you haven’t lived. The ultimate competitor, Shannon will draw the most out of your mental strengths and help you attack your weaknesses so you can achieve the maximum effort.
